Some users of the online application have reported that they have not received an automated activation or password reset email from the system. If this happens to you, please check your junk mail before contacting the Secretariat.
Our online application system does not retain account information from previous years, and therefore returning candidates will need to register again as a new user for the new application cycle.
If the ‘Change password’ page has come up, you will need to add a new password. When logging in, you should be taken to the review status page. If this is not the case, you should click on ‘Application Centre’ in the top right-hand side of the webpage and select ‘Review status’.
The first application submitted is the only one that will be considered. Please note that even if you withdraw your application and submit another, it will still only be the first application that is considered.
If you have made a mistake, unfortunately you cannot resubmit your application. We would encourage you to apply again next year, ensuring that all information is complete prior to submitting your application.
