I’ve lost my unique access code. How can I recover it?

If you cannot remember your unique access code, you can use the online application system (ASAMS) to recover it by requesting a one-time recovery SMS to the phone number you originally registered your application with.

If you run into issues with this process and are unable to recover your access code, please follow the steps on the account recovery screen to restart your application. This will reset application form and return you to the eligibility questionnaire at the start of the application process. Once you have re-completed the questionnaire you will be presented with a new access code and be able to re-start the application form. Please note you can only restart applications whilst the application period is still open, and provided you have not yet already submitted your application.
