Do you want to be involved in the selection of the world’s future leaders? If so, we are currently recruiting for the 2017/2018 Chevening Reading Committees.

Reading committees play a vital role in the selection of Chevening Scholars and Fellows. Each committee is comprised of a regional assessor and an academic assessor, who assess applications from one or more countries from a particular region of the world.

All committee members will be supported by receiving extensive training. A mandatory training session will be held on 21 November 2016 for all members who have not previously participated in the reading committee process.

Past reading committee members shared their experiences with us:

‘It was a great experience to be part of the reading committee this year, and would be delighted to get involved next year’.

‘Valuable experience, it was an enlightening insight into the scholarship programme and the future of our academic community. A privilege to read these personal accounts’.

‘It has been a great honour. Thanks very much for giving us the opportunity being part of this world prestigious awards’.

Join us on our journey to find the best and brightest minds from around the world.

The deadline for applications is 3 October 2016.  If you are interested in being involved in this exciting opportunity, please visit www.acu.ac.uk/about-us/vacancies
