Chevening offers fully funded scholarships and fellowships to exceptional individuals who are committed to working with the UK to make an impact.
Chevening is the UK government’s international scholarships and fellowships programme.
Funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), and partner organisations, Chevening supports future leaders to develop the skills they need to build more resilient, prosperous, and sustainable societies.

Chevening Scholarships are for future leaders with a clear, realistic plan to drive impact in areas of shared priority for the UK and their home countries. These include:
With the support of Chevening, scholars have the opportunity to complete a one-year master’s degree in the UK, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to make a meaningful impact back home.
Chevening Fellowships are for mid-career professionals who have already reached a position of influence in their field but want to increase their impact by taking part in tailored short courses, research placements, or professional placements at leading UK institutions.
Throughout their time in the UK, fellows expand their networks and expertise in areas relevant not just to their own professional development but to broader international strategic priorities.
