Applications for 2015/2016 Chevening Awards are now closed

The reference deadline has passed and referees can no longer submit feedback in support of your application.

Once two references are safely received, you will get a confirmation email. You will not receive this message immediately, as we need to review each reference first. We received a record number of applications this year, and checking references for each application takes time. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.

You can check the status of your application by logging in to the application centre on your country page and using the login details you registered with.

Your application will pass through the following selection stages:

Please do not contact the British Embassy or High Commission with application enquiries. We will contact you in February with an update on the outcome of the above selection stages and whether you are invited to attend an interview. Interviews will take place between 23 February and 17 April 2015. You will be required to attend the interview in the country from which you applied.

To be granted a Chevening Award you will need to have received an unconditional offer from one of the three UK university courses listed on your application form. You will also need to fulfil the Chevening English language requirement. The deadline for meeting these conditions is 15 July 2015.
