Introduction to mindfulness
This introductory workshop will enable you to learn about the benefits of using mindfulness as a tool for stress and anxiety management, as well as a way to manage your time and reduce procrastination.
Attendees will learn about the theory behind mindfulness practice and how it can contribute to their mental wellbeing, before trying some guided meditations.
