Join us for our 'Best of British Presents' series, exploring the culture, history, and politics of the UK's constituent nations. The second event in this series will take place in Glasgow, Scotland. Try traditional Scottish dancing accompanied by a live band, sample Scotland’s most famous dish, haggis, and learn more about Scotland's national poet, Robert Burns, at our ceilidh. Read more

This introductory workshop will enable you to learn about the benefits of using mindfulness as a tool for stress and anxiety management, as well as a way to manage your time and reduce procrastination. Attendees will learn about the theory behind mindfulness practice and how it can contribute to their mental wellbeing, before trying some guided meditations. Read more

A trip to Cardiff makes up the third event in our 'Best of British Presents' series, exploring the culture, history, and politics of the nations that make up the UK. The day will start at Cardiff University, with talks on linguistics and politics from esteemed academics. A coach will then take us to the Senedd (the National Assembly of Wales) for a group tour before an evening drinks reception. Read more
