EIKAM combines coaching, leadership programmes, and community events to help people manage stress, break harmful habits, and enhance their physical and emotional health. Over the past five years, the organisation has helped nearly one million people by offering tools such as mindfulness training and emotional intelligence development to meet the demands of modern life.

Expanding across the globe
EIKAM’s impact has so far been primarily in India, but Eika has her sights set on the global stage. She is working to expand the organisation’s reach into Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
Through strategic global partnerships, EIKAM aims to aims to share its approach to health, happiness, and resilience with communities worldwide.
