Dr Feng Gao
Dr Feng Gao is the Executive Director of Open Data China. He is a Chevening LSE Fellow, Yale World Fellow, and Open Data Institute Research Fellow. Dr Gao obtained his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton, UK.

Dr Liang Xu
Dr. Liang Xu is the head of Shanghai office at Chang Tsi & Partners, a national outstanding law firm with a strong reputation in intellectual property and litigation. He focuses his practice in IP law and foreign-related dispute resolution. He is a German Chancellor Fellow and postdoctoral researcher.

Li Li
Li Li is a government affairs and international relations consultant, offering services to businesses and NGO clients. She served the China Entrepreneur Club, the Global Network for Public Interest Law and Kimberly-Clark. She was a Hubert Humphrey fellow at the University of Minnesota and graduated from Peking University.
