Volunteering through photography and hiking – explore the Peak District!

Edale, Peak District

£Free

Join us as we explore one of the most beautiful areas of the Peak District as part of our next volunteering event. Geograph is a national photography project where people can contribute grid squares through photographs. It is an open online community project and we want to help contribute. For this event, we will meet in the small village, Edale, which is in the heart of the Peak District. It is very accessible from cities such as Sheffield and Manchester via train or bus. We will then hike up the steps of Jacob’s Ladder (quite a steep climb) capturing photographs of the picturesque and rural landscape along the way. The photos taken will then be submitted on Geograph. We hope to see you there!

Ticket information: After 48 hours of the event advertisement, we will begin random allocation of tickets to this event. The waitlist will remain open for you to register your interest in attending until 10:00, Wednesday, 2 February.
