The Best of British events strand shows you hidden gems of the UK. This event is no different as we are giving you the opportunity to explore one of the most famous pottery factories in the country – Emma Bridgewater in Stoke-on-Trent…the home of British ceramics!
As you step behind the scenes at this historic Victorian factory, you’ll learn about traditional pottery production methods and see their specialist decorating technique. You’ll then have the opportunity to design your own masterpiece of Emma Bridgewater pottery, before indulging in some scrumptious afternoon tea with fellow scholars.
