How to use each asset in the toolkit

Our Chevening partner graphics are a quick and easy way to highlight your partnership with us.

With three sizes available, these assets can be shared across your social media channels.

  • 1080×1080: best for Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
  • 1080×1350: best for Instagram grid
  • 1080×1920: best for Instagram stories

Our editable social media templates let you combine your own images with Chevening partner branding, making it easy to showcase your partnership. If you have photos of the scholars you support*, using them in a template is a great way to:

  • Showcase any events, networking, or internship opportunities you organise
  • Highlight the experiences, achievements, and impact of the scholars you fund

*Most scholars are happy to share photos, videos, and quotes from their Chevening experience. If you need any assistance getting in touch with them, please email partnerships@chevening.org.

Our Chevening partner logo, which is available in both blue and white, can be used in event collateral, signage, presentations, or any other communications that promote the partnership.

We just ask that you please adhere to the following brand guidelines:

  • Please do not modify, distort, or re-colour the logo in any way.
  • To ensure all elements of the logo remain legible, please do not use it at a size smaller than 15mm*.
  • To ensure the logo is not overshadowed, please leave some clear space around it. Specifically, where ‘x’ is the width of the logo, the clear space should be a minimum of one third of ‘x’.
  • Where possible, please position the logo in the top left or top right of the page.
  • It is royal protocol that other logos or copy should not appear directly above the royal crest.
