This toolkit is for Chevening university partners participating in a one-off nomination process for part-funded Chevening Scholarships for candidates from Europe.

Next steps
Participating universities are now asked to identify eligible candidates from your pool of applicants.
Before doing so, we recommend taking 10 minutes to download and read our guidance document.
Please then:
- Submit your nominations by downloading the nomination form and emailing it to europe@chevening.org by Friday 10 July at 23:00 UTC.
- Email selected candidates inviting them to apply. The application deadline is Sunday 12 July at 23:00 UTC. A template email is included at the end of the guidance document.
Please note that applicants must be nominated by their chosen university. Applications submitted without a corresponding university nomination will not be considered.
