Founded in the early 1950s, the KBS (Korea Britain Society) aims to contribute towards the promotion of friendship and good understanding between the people of the Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom. Being a friendly association, KBS membership status is open to any individual with an interest in promoting bilateral relations between Korea and Britain. Through strengthening interpersonal exchanges and promoting mutual understanding between the two countries, the KBS has contributed to the development of a desirable bilateral relationship.
