Hannah Halder

Senior Fellowships Officer

Originally from the US, Hannah has spent the last six years living and working in the UK and Europe and has a background in relationship management, research uptake and development, international higher education, and international student mobility and support.

She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from Beloit College (US) and a master’s degree in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford. In 2009, Hannah was a Fulbright recipient to Romania and has worked previously with the Chevening Secretariat as a Programme Officer and most recently as a Project Coordinator with the ACU’s DRUSSA programme.

Hannah loves exploring London and all that it has to offer, and enjoys cooking, baking, and anything related to arts and humanities.

Vivien Codjoe

Fellowships Officer

Vivien is joining Chevening Secretariat at the end of October as a Fellowships Officer. She completed her Bachelors in International Relations at Nottingham Trent and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Promotion from Leeds Metropolitan University. After a long period travelling abroad, Vivien began working in international higher education within student support, research programme administration and widening participation. Most recently, she worked in pastoral student support and international student mobility at the University of Leeds.

Originally from North Yorkshire, Vivien was brought up in a bi-lingual home, forming her love of languages and travelling from a young age.

A self confessed foodie, Vivien enjoys international film, photography, writing and anything related to art, particularly printmaking and jewellery making. Being new to living in London, Vivien is looking forward to exploring the city's art galleries and museums, whilst also working her way through its many restaurants and eateries.

Adam Vidler

Communications Assistant

Adam has joined the Secretariat as the new communications assistant. His main focus is to support the fellowships team with all of their communications and marketing activities. He traded the sleepy Surrey countryside for the bright lights of Manchester where he completed his Bachelors degree in Plant Science at the University of Manchester. Following on from this, he spent a year as a communications assistant intern at Manchester Medical School before coming to Chevening. He loves the odd surf session, meeting new people, and discovering all that London has to offer.
