Chevening in Burma

Applications for 2014/15 Chevening Scholarships in Burma are now closed.

In 2013/2014, following a highly competitive selection process, four Chevening Scholars were selected from Burma to study in the UK.

  • Aye Aye Nein is studying an MEd in Education Leadership, Policy & Development at the University of Bristol
  • Hay Man Oo is studying an MA in Theory & Practice of Human Rights at the University of Essex
  • Kyaw Thu Hein is studying an MA in Human Rights Law and Transitional Law at the University of Ulster
  • Nang Kyi Phyu Aung Cho is studying an MA in Education at Oxford Brookes University
