Tariq Taha, a Chevening Scholar based at Oxford Brookes University, has been selected to take part as a delegate in the Young Diplomats Forum organised by the Global Diplomatic Forum in London. Tariq will be part of the Jordanian delegation when the event takes place in September, with the ambassador of Jordan, H.E. Mazen Homoud, expected to be present. Read more

Every year on 8 March women from all walks of life are celebrated on International Women’s Day. It is a day where their achievements, and the contribution they make to society, are recognised and lauded. The theme for 2015 is ‘make it happen’ and Chevening is using this as an opportunity to showcase some of its alumnae who are the personification of that theme.
